Hwaeng is located in the middle of Jeonju, in Taepyeong-dong, Wansan-gu. In order to embody the flower that runs through Hwaeng, it is expressed concisely and clearly without losing the balance of yin and yang, and the beauty of symmetry and modernity, based on the materials that embodied the image of the Korean flower in the past.
