This is if it's good and cheap. Since I arrived before I checked in I already had messages with a list of everything nearby: rest, parks, supermarkets, fun, garages etc. They were a message, pending, attentive in case I needed anything. I spoke to Pablo, a very respectful gentleman, kind, comical, he gave us another fan for the sala although the rooms have nice air conditioning that leaves the house cold and cool. The kitchen, bathroom, very well equipped, quite comfortable living room where I took my dog who is big and she was very comfortable. He wandered around the city. and everything very quiet is an excellent location. The wonderful Jacuzzi and has a view. There are no visible neighbors or houses so it is quite private. It has “tent” outside so as not to get wet if it came to rain. I would definitely stay again, I recommend everything in closed eyes, you will not regret it.

Giancarlo’s place matched the description fully! He was very responsive, and left clear instructions for us which we appreciated. This is a great space to make your home base on your trip. We enjoyed having the ability to do laundry and a private place to sit outside as well. The bathroom was a great size with a nice shower. The linens were clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was clean and had all necessary utensils to cook a meal and clean up. Looking forward to staying here again soon on our next trip down! 😊

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as described in the post. Luquillo Beach is awesome, family oriented, peaceful, and relaxing. They had stores and restaurants close by. And if you go, be sure to go to the kiosks. Great food!!

feeling safe is extremely important to me and Juan's condo hit the mark along with a beautiful view. wish there was more room to fully unpack suitcases and instructions to operate TV. also appreciate having two bathrooms. highly recommend Juan's condo for a relaxing feel at home experience.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Peaceful and perfectly located—this stay offered a quiet retreat surrounded by friendly locals and close to all the main sights. During the Puerto Rico blackout, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had power. Truly appreciated!

Amaury's home was what we were looking for! the home was clean and cool when we arrived, everything worked as expected. The home had amenities that we did not had a change to use due to our short stay. Home is perfect for small gatherings in the game room. Amaury was fast to respond to questions and always friendly. Definitely next time we are in PR. we will look for this place again. Thank you Amaury for allowing us to enjoy your home.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Edith’s! Plenty of space for 5 of us, nice small beach nearby (the house has kayaks!), cute friendly neighborhood animals, and a very budget friendly bakery a few minute walk away for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was as described. House was spacious with a decent size pool. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!

this was my first experience in an airbnb so was kinda nervous but sumy answered any questions I had and she replied quickly. As for the place itself wad amazing. It was gated so made me feel more comfortable since I had my family. The apartment is beautiful no complaints at all. The rooftop with the views was amazing spent alot of time up there from having our coffee in the morning or having our drinks at night. There was a nice breeze. Besides the view the shower was my other favorite it was amazing and having 2 bathrooms was a plus being with my kids. I must say sumy literally had everything that u need from games to play with the kids to beach chairs and cooler. I just loved everything about the place felt right at home. We didn't want to leave. I would definitely rent again when I go back to P.R Thanks Sumy for everything. It was amazing.
