Holiday rentals with a patio in Guzmán Abajo

This is a beautiful place to bring your family. The location is wonderful and near both a large pool and the beach. The amenities make it an easy stay. There are lots of beach towels in addition to the bath towels, in unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and the roof top patio is amazing! Bring your family here and have a great time!

Cesar was a wonderful host with quick and helpful communication. The unit was well appointed with plenty of towels, toys, beach accessories, and kitchen equipment. The location was in a great spot for us to take day trips to the rainforest, old San Juan, and beautiful beach spots nearby. The beach access at the location itself was crowded the day we spent time there and not as pretty as other beach spots nearby, but overall was not a problem for us. The water slide that is open on the weekends at the location was a big hit with our kids!

Carlos seems attentive and shows interest in correcting any issues to ensure satisfaction. Thank you and we look forward to a future stay. God Bless

This property was great, and as described in the Airbnb pics and review. It's a very big condo... 3-4 bedrooms, with a large living room/kitchen, etc.. We had no issues finding the location, and our family had a good time. It's close to El Yunque forest (highly recommend the Carabali rainforest ATV rides) and the Hotel is just down the road.

This is a great place! Exactly like the pictures, very spacious and nicely laid out. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. This place is great for families - the condo community has a small pool that is fairly shallow and shaded, as well as a small playground. It’s walking distance to a private, empty beach with very calm waters. It’s also near the Hyatt resort (10 minute walk or a short golf cart ride) where you can pay for a day pass to use their huge pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Yaitza was a great host. We got in at 4am and had difficulty at the gate but she was available and stayed in the phone with us until we made it into the house . She checked on us during our stay to ensure we were having a good time. The house was amazingly decorated felt like I walked into a showroom. I loved all the detail in the living room.

My three children and I had an amazing week. The roof top was perfect for them warm nights. Everything was just perfect. Cute little grocery store at the corner or the entrance was such a bonus. Thank you again we will definitely be back!

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

The place was great and host was super responsive with good recommendations! Kids loved the pool, pool table and local lizards. Frogs at night were delightful. Had a little bit of a hard time finding the place, even with the instructions, but were able to navigate our way there. Would stay again!

Was a nice and quiet place to relax. Good amenities and felt safe. It is in a working class neighborhood. It so happens there was an islandwide blackout. having the Tesla battery backup and the water tank was invaluable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house had it all! The host really thought of everything when making sure you enjoyed your stay. From everything for the pool to everything for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook in or outside on the BBQ. The entire house was extremely clean and I can be pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this one hit the mark for me. We would stay at this house again for sure.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

This was a great place to stay at book at 5:15 PM and we were able to check in at 6 PM. It’s 20 min from Luquio beach, and 20 min from the airport. We checked in, everyone showered, 2 full bathrooms. The host was so kind, bottled water, cans of coke and chips, along with a note. He really came in handy because we hadn’t went to the store for supplies yet. And it was pouring rain. The five of us were able to all have our own beds. As women, we needed some space and rest on our last night b4 travel. Around 8:30pm we decided to go to the movies! The outlet mall is 10 minutes up the street! And there is a 24hr coffee shop near by! The host let us stay an extra hour, while waiting on group instructions from our other members close by! It was very helpful to have the extra time, to sit and plan our Rent-A-Car pick up and drop offs, so we weren’t sitting in the car outside in the rain waiting on directions. Great host, great space, peaceful, gated home, Tv works, WiFi is fast!

This place is amazing. We've stayed at a few Airbnb's in Rio Grande and this has been the best experience by far. This will be our go to next time we visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful home in the rainforest.

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.

This property is amazing, ocean view, waves sounds are amazing, relaxing. My wife and me loves this place. 💯 recomended for couples. Thank Hector for all.

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures. The view is amazing and there is a gorgeous beach right downstairs and other beaches not far away!

We had a fantastic stay! Harry was a great host—responsive, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to make our experience special. He even helped me set up a lovely birthday surprise for my wife, which she absolutely loved. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again. Thanks, Harry!

Wow! This place was awesome! Mary was great, with fantastic communication the whole way, with a very easy check-in and even a welcome gift. The apartment is comfortable and the scenery is beautiful! Easy to get to, right on the beach, the breeze across the terrace made that our favorite place to be when we weren't on the water. Such a great location, and Mary's local recommendations were fantastic. It's nice to be outside the bustle of San Juan, and being steps from the water made for a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

The condo was extremely well equipped, large and spacious. The location was excellent, we have stayed in Luquillo many times and will definitely try to stay at this property in the future.
