Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration.
