It is a rural house where several fruit trees grow, located on a 420 m high hill under the Samdo Peak of the Democratic Mountain, a little away from the busy tourist attractions of Deokyusan National Park and Muju Resort. Taekwondo Hall, Bandi Land is 10 minutes, Deokyusan Muju Resort is about 25 minutes. You can also enjoy the valley of nature in the back of the village. Uncle House is an American-style wooden building with the highest insulation designed and constructed by a prestigious wooden construction company in Seoul. It is a hot spot to enjoy a fire pit with a high ceiling, cool in summer and warm in winter, high in all directions and open views, and star views. The first floor is a space for the host couple, and the second floor 56m2 (including the terrace) is a guesthouse. There is a separate entrance, and there is a host, so it is not an uncomfortable house, but it is more appreciated because you can get immediate help and service. The Uncle style barbecue is so good that American families from the United States say "Amazing" in a row, and the food served by Uncle House is universally recognized. The sun room with an outdoor fireplace for exclusive use is by far the best.

Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

This is a Hwabon house in a rural village in Gunwi. In the future, it is a space where you can feel the four seasons of the countryside because it is surrounded by fields. It is located 3 minutes from Hwabon Station, and it is located in the middle of major tourist attractions such as Hwabon Station, Hwabon Village, Private Garden, and Opelcc, so you can go anywhere in 10 to 20 minutes. Hwabon House has been shared because we want others to feel the space where we take a break for a while. We want our guests to spend time in a clean space, so we pay a lot of attention to cleanliness. The indoor space is about 49.5m² in size and consists of 1 room, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen-cum-living room. There is a large deck that is used as a terrace, and there is a dining table on the deck separate from the dining table inside, so you can use it conveniently when having a barbecue. There are valleys and mountains surrounding the front yard of the building, so you can enjoy nature with the scenery, including the sound of water and birds. You can enjoy it while breathing fresh air. The unpaved road to the entrance of Samdobong, which is about a 20-minute walk from this guesthouse, is great for a stroll. * Only one group can use it exclusively. * As it is the best space for healing, we are making every effort to maintain cleanliness.
