It is a rural house where several fruit trees grow, located on a 420 m high hill under the Samdo Peak of the Democratic Mountain, a little away from the busy tourist attractions of Deokyusan National Park and Muju Resort. Taekwondo Hall, Bandi Land is 10 minutes, Deokyusan Muju Resort is about 25 minutes. You can also enjoy the valley of nature in the back of the village. Uncle House is an American-style wooden building with the highest insulation designed and constructed by a prestigious wooden construction company in Seoul. It is a hot spot to enjoy a fire pit with a high ceiling, cool in summer and warm in winter, high in all directions and open views, and star views. The first floor is a space for the host couple, and the second floor 56m2 (including the terrace) is a guesthouse. There is a separate entrance, and there is a host, so it is not an uncomfortable house, but it is more appreciated because you can get immediate help and service. The Uncle style barbecue is so good that American families from the United States say "Amazing" in a row, and the food served by Uncle House is universally recognized. The sun room with an outdoor fireplace for exclusive use is by far the best.

The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

The owner of Gugoksanbang personally makes traditional kimchi, pickled kimchi, and sanchae namul kimchi using domestic organic ingredients throughout the four seasons. We carefully prepare and serve fresh, seasonal ingredients that are grown and harvested in the pristine Jirisan Mountains. We have prepared food ingredients and even the time to cook food so that you can use it as a complete break.

The indoor space is about 49.5m² in size and consists of 1 room, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen-cum-living room. There is a large deck that is used as a terrace, and there is a dining table on the deck separate from the dining table inside, so you can use it conveniently when having a barbecue. There are valleys and mountains surrounding the front yard of the building, so you can enjoy nature with the scenery, including the sound of water and birds. You can enjoy it while breathing fresh air. The unpaved road to the entrance of Samdobong, which is about a 20-minute walk from this guesthouse, is great for a stroll. * Only one group can use it exclusively. * As it is the best space for healing, we are making every effort to maintain cleanliness.
