I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sleep 7 kids in the bunk room and 6 adults downstairs. Beautiful owner’s suite and comfortable guest rooms. 3.5 bathrooms. Pack a picnic and walk or drive the golf cart to go to the boathouse where you can sit on the covered deck, layout on the sundeck, or cool off in the water. Amazing Views! It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!
