Loved this place! It was perfect for a long weekend trip to Leadville. Could not have picked a better location: a few blocks away from Harrison St and a couple blocks to several trail systems including the Mineral Belt. Everything was extremely clean and was the perfect space for us - three guests with two dogs.

This is the best place to stay in the area! Love this Airbnb. Will definitely book again.

Perfect place for our stay in Leadville. Came in for a wedding which was a 3 minute drive from the house. Great location near the downtown area where there is a lot of history to explore and tons of restaurants. Clean, comfortable place with everything we needed available. Nice view of the mountains all around!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy's home in Paonia. The space was even better in person, and a great size for our family of four and dog. We spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the large yard, and our kids loved the swing. It was refreshing to stay in a place that had so many amenities, really anything you could need. The location was quiet, close to the town park and playground, close to the trails at Jumbo mountain, and still walkable downtown. I can't wait to return to Paonia and will absolutely try to book this place again!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Most definitely would stay again. Our large family enjoyed our stayed in this spacious yet cozy home. It was minutes away from Mt Crested Butte where we enjoyed sking a couple days.

The room was just what we needed for a few days skiing with four of us - two adults, a 13 yo and a 10 yo plus two dogs. Location is great and Don is very communicative.

Great last weekend of skiing in Crested Butte. Skyla’s place made so convenient and easy. We will be back.

This condo was beautiful! Super close to snow mass& can take an easy free bus ride to the mountain & to downtown aspen. JD was an awesome host— so responsive and kind. An overall great spot in aspen/ snowmass!

Loved our first trip to Crested Butte!!! Great ski in, ski out location.

Had a great stay in CB, condo was in a central location and super clean and worked for my needs!

Everything made for an easy, peaceful, enjoyable trip. There is a gift store if you forget anything, walking distance to ice cream and live music, free and easy parking, pool/hot tub, no need for elevators, the free bus makes everything accessible, ski valet, happy hour in the sunshine, ability to come back and make lunch. I could go on! The unit is nice - it's not too noisy on the first floor with the plug-in fan - and is just a few feet from the pool/hot tub, which is so nice. The finishing touches from Hunter really make it special - the lighting, more soundproof/decorative wood wall, and the paint, and kitchen appliances. The functionality of the space was also nice - the murphy bed is super easy to use and the kitchen is easy to keep clean. The building could use some minor cosmetic updates and a nice deep cleaning. And it would be awesome if the restaurant was decent. Otherwise, amazing few days stay. Thank you!

Perfect location for a ski trip! I loved being on the first floor which made it easy to walk right to the base. The place itself was also very clean and cozy. Easy 10 min or less drive to the main CB strip. Would definitely book again.

Do not skip out on this spot! Our family has been coming to Gunnison for 60+ years and everyone raved over Donna’s space saying it was their favorite lodging to date! Donna was very helpful and had so many extras and amenities to share - we loved the cards and bird watching books. It truly felt like being home, but with a gorgeous backyard right on the river. Close to town, yet in a pretty secluded area. Best of both worlds. Definitely recommend staying at Donna’s sweet little getaway. We hope to be back!

We had an excellent stay at Michelle's place. The setting was incredibly beautiful...mountains to the east, mountains and a pond to the north, horses in the pasture to the west of the house and cows across the drive on the south side. It doesn't get much better than that! We had so much fun watching the cows and feeding apples to the horses. We cooked out on the grill and had fires in the fire pit. The owners were very friendly...Don stopped by for an enjoyable talk about the cows, Michelle stopped by with all kinds of good information, had a chance to meet Brad too, and Jane and Michelle both had the house perfectly prepared for us. The towels were very nice, and we loved the rocking chairs. There is also some very interesting information and framed pictures showing the history of the ranch. It is a short distance to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Crawford State Park. There are also other good hikes in the area. All in all, I highly recommend a stay!

We had a great stay. Carrie’s place is very close to town and we could walk to everything even with 4 year old.

2nd visit here. Wonderful place to unplug! Beware: door handle will open from inside while it is locked - I did manage to lock myself out! Thank God I had my truck keys in my hand or I would’ve been sunk. Once I got down to Pitkin, Tony was quick to help me out with a spare key at 10:00pm in the middle of nowhere! I slept really great that night knowing I could’ve been sleeping in my truck! I would recommend Tony hiding a key somewhere or switching to a keypad lock (or even a lock that won’t let you open the door from the inside while it’s locked). Great stay in spite of a nerve-wrecking drive down to Pitkin one evening hoping I could reach Tony. Thankfully it all worked out. Also - FYI - the drive from the Pitkin side is not as rocky as the drive from Tincup. Definitely recommend going up from Pitkin if you can.

Amazing location for an Autumnal getaway. Centrally located to Crested Butte, Marble, Avalanche Ranch, etc. Bill was extremely accommodating and communicative. Thanks so much for having us! Only downside is the proximity to the road, which is gravel, and super wash-boarded. Pretty loud. That aside, a perfect stay. 😊

Kelly's place was perfect for a long, quiet weekend. The location was easy to find and located close enough to Gunnison in case I needed to grab something from town. The campground was very low key and safe. I was comfortable in the RV. I managed to catch up on some much needed rest but also enjoyed Blue Mesa Reservoir, Crested Butte, Taylor Reservoir, Gunnison and finished the evening with a camp fire! The accommodation was perfect for me and my dog. I'll definitely consider booking with Kelly again!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The place may be small but it’s perfect for a solo traveler, and the attention to detail made it feel so worthwhile. Everything is thoughtfully cleaned and all basic needs provided for, and then some. Bettina is a great host and very responsive. Twin Lakes is a dream I’m already wishing I’d stayed longer.

I hemmed and hawed between 4 or 5 rating but overall chose a 5. Place is very attractive, updated and in wonderful location. Loved the fenced back yard for our dog. But the owners need a new cleaning service. Dishwasher had not been run before we arrived and we had to ask host for dishwasher soap (which was promptly provided). Bath towels were still in dryer and all but 2 still had stains on them. We used washing machine day before leaving and no matter what we tried the water would not spin out of the drum. Had to hand wring the clothes and dry at our daughter’s house in Doyleville. I assume that their cleaning service did not communicate the washer problem to the owners. Since we have family in Gunnison County, we understand it’s difficult to find and keep a good cleaning service. Appliances look new but we had hard time getting oven to light and never could get one of the burners to light. But overall the style, location and fenced yard make it a 5. Would probably stay again.
