My husband and I have been running a supermarket in Seoul for a long time. We left the city life that we lived in for a long time and settled in Pocheon, a place full of vitality. - This is a garden where you can feel nature with animals. 'Spring Farm' loves nature and animals. We are working hard to be able to interact with trees and animals all year round. (Animal friends: sheep, rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats, geese, etc.) 02. We operate 3 private houses so that you can stay quietly. Each is a pine tree/cypress tree/lilac. It is a loess room filled with the warmth of a warm attic. The standard number of people for each house is 2, and up to 4 people can be accommodated. 03. With 'Spring Farm' as the base camp, you can explore travel destinations such as Pocheon's Art Valley, Pyeonggang Land, Gwangneung Arboretum, Amazing Park, Myeongseongsan, and Hantangang Jijil Park.

Traditional Hanok Dongchon House (1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae It's not a fancy hanok. Seoul City and the government (Korea Tourism Organization) have recognized it as a traditional hanok. Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (inside: shower available, outside: small but showerable), Numaru, and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok in Dongchonjae. We remodeled part of the old house, and all the wooden furniture in the accommodation was handmade by my husband who runs a wooden workshop. We have opened a private space, which is also a furniture showroom and a villa for our family, so that many people can experience it. Due to the nature of the small space, it can only accommodate a limited number of people. Both the bedroom and the living room have windows facing southwest, so it's beautiful when the bright afternoon sun comes in, but the humidity and dark atmosphere on rainy days make it a very elegant neutral accommodation. Marronnier House is a private space with a mysterious garden overlooking the mountains and stars and a secluded rural atmosphere.
