My wife and I plus my sister in law rented Mrs Tuba house for a month recently(January 28 to February 28). The house was fully equipped with cooking supplies(everything you need to cook at home) house was clean with kitchen and living room looking at Sea of Marmara with easy access to public transport and food stores ,host was one of the kindest and politest people I met so far,she was doing her best to make sure we are comfortable and happy all the time. We highly recommend her lovely house to anyone that wants to enjoy his/her/their trip in Istanbul, Türkiye(Turkey). We are so grateful to Mrs Tuba for her hospitality during our stay.🙏🙏🙏

We had a great stay! And Roza was a great host. I got sick at the last day, and she was very flexible, caring and understanding. She made us feel safe and cared for in every way. The apartment was very nice and clean. We appreciated that basic things like tea/coffee, spices and oils were available as well as cleaning supplies. It’s a nice quiet place. 2 min walk to grocery store, a few cafes and pharmacy. 10 min walk to metro, so it’s easy to get around. I can easily recommend Roza and the apartment. Hopefully we will return in the summer, and we would be happy to be able to stay in the apartment again.

My stay in this apartment was extremely pleasant. The property is in the immediate vicinity of the metro station and offers numerous shopping opportunities in the area. We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for a week in this extraordinary apartment and felt very, very comfortable there. The location is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the Galata Tower and offers fantastic views over the city, both day and night. A big thank you to Neriman for the taxi arrangements on our arrival and departure, as well as the restaurant tips! Important to know: the apartment is on the 5th floor of an historic house. There is no elevator there, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.

Cemil is really super host. Very punctual, responsible, kind and friendly. The flat is very comfortable and clean. Location is super. Highly recommended.
