As a facility that has been legally registered as a farming and fishing village, it is equipped with 4 rooms, 2 toilets, a spacious central living room, a front deck, and a spacious 2nd floor terrace, making it suitable for events such as a cozy family gathering of 10-20 people, an alumni reunion, a department workshop, and a small college student MT. You can enjoy mountain climbing at Mt. Sokrisan (30km), valley water play (Cheonggyesagyeok Valley: 15km from the accommodation, 7.5km from Hwaseo IC), secluded reservoir (less than 1km) fishing, Blue One Golf Course (10km), and Club de Sokrisan Golf Course (20km). * The parts (2nd floor air conditioner, microwave) pointed out in the review have been completed by taking action. * Recently (early June 2022), air conditioners were installed in two small rooms, and now all rooms and living rooms are equipped with independent air conditioners.
