Es perfecto, lo tiene todo. A 8 minutos a pie de Cala Canyelles, la mejor de Rosas y a 3 Km del centro. Barrio lujoso. PK para estacionar 1 coche. WIFI calidad. Gran piscina. Terraza para comer bien 4 personas. Amplia zona comunitaria con salón de verano, donde solo pueden acceder 14 apartamentos, por lo que es muy tranquila. 2 habitaciones para dormir cómodamente 4 personas. El sofá tiene una cama doble dentro. Dispone de lavaplatos, 2 neveras, cocina de gas y lavadora.

Allotjament a primera línia de mar. Wifi .Aire condicionat ampliat a tots els espais 3. Accés a zona d'esbarjo a 2 minuts a peu. Hi ha un mini parc d'atraccions al costat, l'horari és de 20h a 01h. A partir del 28 d'agost, està tancat. El pis és un segon sense ascensor. Disposa de pàrquing privat al mateix edifici. Terrassa molt àmplia, amb vistes immillorables.
