The patio house

The courtyard house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It has two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open-plan space where you will find everything you need. 2 terraces for your exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, sun terrace and courtyard are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, but we always respect the privacy of the guests.

Entire house with 2 floors spacious and bright with lots of exterior and just 7 minutes walk from the beach of the village, old town and area of bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the lovely promenade that leads to Empúries. In front of the house, there’s the municipal gym, which has an indoor swimming pool, and right next to it, there’s the tennis and padel tennis club, where you can hire a court to play. The house is supplied with solar energy and well water and is heated with firewood from the same farm. In a nearby house you will find the farmers who take care of a herd of goats from which they make cheeses. There are also horses, chickens, dogs, vegetable gardens and fruit trees.
