Holiday rentals with a patio in Gulf of Hammamet

I had a stay that was in line with what I wanted, quiet and peaceful. Mehdi was attentive and gave very good advice. Before arriving he gave me a little tour and then at the supermarket so that I could do my shopping. I thank him very much. I recommend it without so much as a second thought... And I'll be back...

Apartment was neat. Bathroom a little outdated. Host was always available which gave a very good feeling. Too bad the bedroom had 2 separate beds. The most important thing was that everything was neat and the host always available . Due to the period, a minus price was foreseen which was well taken into account. On the other hand, I stay very regularly in the surrounding streets and for the normal price I do have to determine that it is at a high price in terms of space of the apartment. I was happy in any case and for the same price I would highly recommend it. Thanks again to the host for the help with check-in and patience.

A comfortable clean apartment with a good size private patio for sunshine and relaxing. Big Parasol and dining table chairs. Interior is comfy and Wi-Fi Netflix all working. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water! Beds comfy and selection of bedding and blankets. Elyes and his friends always on call to help out with assistance be it in the house or local knowledge. The kitchen itself very clean with some cleaning products supplied. The apartment is close to a main road so there is some traffic noise but it’s not invasive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this area with good local shopping transport connections and the local beach which is a 10 minute walk away. Recommended

It was a very luxury stay at Zied house , everything was perfect new , clean and neat, the house has everything inside from A to Z The location was more then perfect 😍, very near from the beach and also near from carrefour and all restaurants , I will definitely reserve it next time 🙏

Firstly Jebi is a very friendly and respectable person, very kind and helpful I booked the stay in Jebi's Stunning apartment for a week with my Husband and its such a luxurious apartment so relaxing and beautiful that I didn't want to leave, I enjoyed being able to cook on state of art modern gas cooker with fan assisted oven was lovely to have beautiful dining area to eat,everything in the photos was exactly how the apartment was set up to have breakfast on the balcony in the sun was a treat ,also the relaxing rainfall shower also had a separate power shower was so strong this apartment is a priceless for the beautiful memories we made and we will return again.

The Airbnb was exactly like in the pictures – very well equipped and spotless. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. He even arranged transportation back to Tunis. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

The villa was as described, tidy, and clean rooms. The location was good though not very easy to find, but the communication with Linda was impeccable. I also highly recommend it for the great value for the price. See you next time, thanks for everything.

Great location, minutes walk from the beach! Not too touristy so it’s nice and peaceful. Responsive host with clear instructions for check in. Lovely and spacious, there were only a few of us but could definitely fit 8 people comfortably - maybe even more!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the accommodation as well as its cleanliness when we came. The property is next to the beach and the different activities and restaurants by the beach. The car is nevertheless essential to be 5-10min away. Perfect communication! Nothing to say at the top! Thanks!

Despite several issues at check-in from our side, Nebiha was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was extremely responsive to all our needs and we sincerely thank her for the excellent hospitality. The beautiful space was very close to the beach and was stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook and host. We will be back!

Lovely condo with an amazing pool. Walk right out to the beach and enjoy your day in the sea. A short drive into town for shopping at the souk and lots of restaurants. We loved it!

I spent my two-week stay at this Airbnb! It was really amazing, the view was just beautiful. The photos are exactly the same as in reality. I'll put a good 10/10. Really very accessible. After at the bottom of the residence, there is a lounge cafe and right next door there is the Byzance hotel. Then around there are plenty of restaurants, a Monoprix and a little further there is the center of Nabeul. From the residence to the center it's 20min walk.

Wassim was friendly. the apartment clean, this at the beach. i would recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse.

Excellent stay at Souheil's apartment, the location is great, clean pool, the kids had a blast, frankly nothing to say. We'll be back next year, God willing!

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.
