The apartment is very bright, sunny and warm. It has a double bed, sofa and equipped kitchenette. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It is located in a way that nothing will be missing. The apartment is only: 900 m from the beach, 2 min. walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the tram, 20 min. to the Gdańsk Oliwa railway station (SKM Oliwa), and 5 min. to the Biedronka market. Almost under the block begins Reagan Park, which is a great place for walks, picnics, and cycling.

Located on the 13th floor on the west side, it allows you to observe the Bay of Gdańsk (a telescope and binoculars will make it easier) and beautiful sunsets, and the view also includes Sopot, Gdynia and the Hel Peninsula. In our building, on level +1, there is a fully equipped children's playroom, sauna, fitness and coworking space, and a relaxation zone outside.

It is a great base for sightseeing. The advantage is an intimate garden and its own parking space for a car and bicycles.
