This listing was beyond beautiful!! Yohani has taken her time and put thought into her home. I was shocked to find basic cooking needs and accommodations like cold water and even little bags of cereal. She's thought about everything. We had a bit of trouble finding the house BUT Yohani was quick to respond and very attentive. Definitely whenever we come it'll be our house to stay at 10/10.

My parents were satisfied with the place, very tidy and fair with the essential things that are needed in a place like that, like a coffee maker, lab machine, dryer and other more important details that are much needed. A fair and comfortable price for the days my parents needed to spend there. I recommend them and once again, thank you very much Roxana for everything.

My family and I had a great time, the place is definitely what we were looking for: privacy, spacious, clean and tidy place. Personally I really liked that next to the pool has a hoop and basketball, really enjoy playing and running around the place with my puppy. Ah and the size of the pool is great. Recommended to bring mosquito repellent.

Excellent host. The place is super easy to get to, hassle-free access, a very safe and beautiful area to live with a family. She is very kind and attentive to everything. 100/100 recommended. We look forward to returning soon.

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

Beatriz's stay at home was amazing. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and thoughtful down to the last detail. The environment is super quiet, ideal to disconnect and rest. You can tell that you love every corner of the house. Everything worked perfectly, and it was easy to feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended!

The place was beautiful! It is a quiet and very comfortable place to stay, the casitas are new and have a great view of the ocean. The whole place was very clean and nice, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Lacie was very easy to deal with, and was always quick to respond.

The place is easy to get to, this is the second time we stayed at Omar's Airbnb and just like last time everything was very clean. The space is quite spacious ideal for families with small children, all bedrooms have A/C and the kitchen is very complete. I would definitely stay at this beautiful beach house again

We had a great time at Eduardo's place, despite some initial bumps in the road. We did not get any instructions on how to check-in or find the place. Turns out that Google Maps is wrong. You simply have to keep an eye out for the street number (which follow no logical order), and the sign "Casa Icaco" on the outside fence. There is no check-in procedure, except that Maura or Jose (the BEST actual hosts who live on the property) meet you and show you around. But you better know how to speak Spanish well. And unfortunately, because of poor timing, Eduardo was not available for the entire day of checkin. Despite this, we had a wonderful time. Expect to drive to restaurants, etc. However, Maura is a great cook and a lovely host, and if you ask nicely, she can make a killer breakfast and even lunch. I would love to come back.

I loved my stay from the arrival to check-out . The site manager was exceptional, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Mirna is awesome and I cannot put into words how much she made us feel at home. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time, the house is really comfortable, peaceful and in a great location. Having water, ice, breakfast and the option of food delivered to the house was outstanding, food was delicious Another great thing about this house is that they have the option to hire a masseuse. Daniel, who is at the house at all times is very attentive and respectful. The only thing I think needs attention is the steps tones towards the beach, they are small and unbalanced and it makes it very difficult and to walk. Overall it’s a beautiful house that we will be happy to stay again.
