Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energized heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy double alcove, best suited for children. Private entrance to the apartment from the street. Approximately 50 meters from the harbor. It all oozes authentic townhouse romance.

There is a small kitchen with an electric kettle and a mini stove with 1 burner. It is possible to set up a travel bed if there is 1 child. We have a travel bed available. Duvets and linens are available. If you are going on a trip, Nyk Falster and Fuglesang Art Museum are no more than 4 km away.

Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (75kr per guest ) If the property is not left in the same condition as upon arrival, a minimum cleaning fee of DKK 600 will be charged. Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
