There is air conditioning located in the living area, master bedroom and loft. Because the staircase to the loft is steep and ladder like, we do not accept young children. This fully air-conditioned unit consists of a large, open living room, two very comfortable bedrooms with king beds with en-suite bathrooms, an open loft with bunk beds (twin on top and queen on the bottom) and en-suite bath, full kitchen and beautiful porch overlooking the property.
