Holiday rentals with a patio in Guiones Beach

I had a great stay at Martin's place. Location is lovely... quiet, close to town and beach. Apartment was clean, bright and had all the details needed including a full kitchen. AC was perfect, bed comfortable and wi-fi great. Martin lives on the property and gave some great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended on all counts. Pura Vida!

Wonderful trip to Nosara and Caroline’s place was perfect for our family of four. We loved being able to walk to Playa Pelada, being right above sunrise coffee (a daily staple for us and top place to visit, even if you aren’t staying right above it), and being in a small community of 4 homes with a basically private pool. Tiffany was a great local host who was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the place to others.

The description of the place was spot on. Location was walking distance to Playa Pelada and a 5 minute drive to Playa Guiones. When we arrived the place was spotless and the kitchen had all the appliances and tools required to prepare food. The coffee, pineapple and bananas were appreciated. Gillian and Tiffany were very responsive to messages and the check in and out was a breeze. Also parking is great and very safe. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area.

My stay at Pipas was an absolute dream. Nestled close to the ocean, this luxurious villa was a slice of paradise. The breathtaking views, pristine interiors, and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was impeccable, and the area boasts some of the most amazing surf, just like Hawaii. The host, Jesse, was exceptional—she went over and beyond by helping us fix our flat tire, truly making us feel cared for. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem—it’s truly a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation and surfing barrels! The beach is quiet too, especially the “far end” at sunset 😉😜

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nosara. The place itself is very modern, comfortable and has everything you will need for a short or long stay in Nosara. There are great places to eat in walking distance and also a short drive away. Ezer is a wonderful host and we couldn’t have been happier. A++

Casa Lilly Belle was fabulous. The house fit the Costa Rica vibe and the location was perfect. We were traveling with family, there was plenty of space for us and we loved the amenities. The property manager was there to greet us when we arrived and was responsive when we needed some assistance. They were quick to recommend local dining and experiences. We had a memorable trip and would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Lilly Belle!

Casa Dee and our host Pablo were AMAZING! This house is just a few block from the beach, around the corner from a ton of fabulous restaurants, and on the same street as a great yoga/pilates studio. You cannot go wrong. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is new, modern, and gorgeous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were here with three families (13 total) and fit VERY comfortably. We did breakfast at the house with yummy fresh bread from the Organic Bakery a few blocks away. We also did great snacks from the market and picked up delicious fresh produce and eggs from the farmers market (Tuesdays before 2p). The house is stocked with everything you could need (beach towels, yoga mats) and Pablo is a quick text away. He let us know when the turtles were nesting, arranged surf lessons, and had a ton more recommendations. We had one car and one golf cart for the three families. Although most is very walkable it was nice to have these options. Can’t wait to return!

My family of four had a wonderful time at Casa Vidrio. Nicole was a fabulous host - super responsive and she even offered us a late check out to accommodate our evening flight home. The house is gorgeous and modern. We woke up to the sound of howler monkeys frolicking in the trees outside our window and looked forward to our daily visit from the local coatie who would swing by to cool off in the pool for a few minutes before moving along. Despite being an open floor plan we had no issues with insects save the occasional ants and dragonflies all to be expected. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the felt right at home. We loved staying in Playa Pelada and had the easiest time getting to and from Playa Guiones each day in our golf cart. I highly recommend staying at Casa Vidria if you're looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close enough to enjoy all the fun of Nosara.

We loved it, and felt the pictures didn’t do it justice. Great place to watch the sunset, and listen to the monkeys from The top balcony. Very well equipped kitchen ( we loved picking up produce at the Tuesday market in Playa Guiones). Walking distance to beach, and our favorites ( Sunrise Coffee, El Chivo, La Cuchara de Doña Emi). Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for our holiday in Nosara! Our host was pleasant and proactive on sharing house details, recommendations on restaurants/things to do and provided easy instructions for entering the home. The home is beautiful with a pool/atrium area that our son enjoyed daily! Great location to local dinner spots and beach! Definitely would recommend visiting!

Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

Spend a few days here with my teenage children for a fishing/surf trip. Condo was great, pool was lovely, kept our truck safely in garage below. In addition to cooking in the well stocked kitchen we walked 200 m to Isa's Bakery that opens at 7 a few mornings, also a coffee shop under the same roof with smoothies. El Chivo was great for dinner and a short walk. Playa Pelada was a very short walk away and we enjoyed a swim in the ocean and lounging in tide pools at low tide. A few small markets in the immediate area and large supermarket in Nosora or Super Nosara that is also great for provisioning. We drove to Playa Guiones for supper and surf boards (Often it was en route to another destination.) I think if you were shuttle to this condo you could easily hang out and use tuk tuks for longer jaunts and walk for the rest. Surf shop down the street. Fantastic stay ad very relaxing on the cover porch drinking coffee and watching birds fly in the morning Great Hosts.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

Very relaxing place to end a 15 day stay in Costa Rica. Very well located condo and with magnificent sea views. You can easily walk to the beach

The place met our expectations, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach because it is so close. Access was easy and there are shops (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.) quite close. My husband and I had a great time! Thank you both for your attention and prompt response.

This place was perfect. The view to the rainforest was incredible. The place was super clean, organized, excellent location and Amanda was supper responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nosara.

Boris’ s place was a beautiful and comfortable space. Very close to Playa Pelada and very walkable to another bigger beach. Was a quiet building but some noise did carry from el pepperoni on New Year’s Eve but that only comes around once a year. Was very comfortable for our family of four and there was plenty to do in the area! Beds were VERY comfortable and linens were great! I would recommend!
