Casa Marù

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante. Casa Marù è un piccolo alloggio addatto a due o tre persone che cercano tranquillità e natura. Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). An authentic stay combining history, comfort, and nature.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Composta da ampio soggiorno con divano letto, TV e camino, cucina, tre stanze da letto, tre bagni con doccia di cui uno esterno. Ampia terrazza sulla spiaggia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento a pavimento. Ideale per godersi la movida estiva della riviera e la pace e la tranquillità del mare d'inverno.
