Bittner has a beautiful 18 hole disc golf course, pickle ball courts, basketball and a running track. A 1/4 mile away by car or a 5 minutes walk over the "Peter Pan Bridges"-not for the faint of heart.

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.

There are hiking trails with amazing views just down the street and this is also a beautiful area for jogging or bike riding. This special place is close to everything, The town green is one street over with local shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the train station, town marina, and the Guilford beach. It's a small home suitable for 2 people at the most. The bathroom is very small with a very small sink but a full size shower. AC/heat, wifi, full kitchen, shower, full size bed in a quiet private setting.
