A stone's throw from the Novotel and the tram stop, you can be in the center of Saint Étienne, at the ZENITH and CITÉ DU DESIGN in 10 minutes or at the STADIUM in 20 minutes. Close by are many shops such as supermarket, restaurants or snack bars. The apartment does not overlook the street and being in a small condominium allows it to be quiet.
