Everything is very nice and cozy. The facilities were impeccable and everything was at hand. The atmosphere is very safe and private, just what we were looking for with my family. Something to distract us and not worry about anything. The staff were very attentive and friendly and were always there to help us with everything. Everything was perfect.

Again, we were super happy with Virginia's service throughout our trip! She is an excellent host, the recommendation is for you to visit the villa!!

This house is amazing! The pictures truly don't do it justice. It is extremely close to the Xepoj dock, but honestly the public dock and restaurants at the bottom of the hill are only about a 7 minute walk away anyway. We loved staying in Santa Cruz and our only regret was not staying longer. Miriam made communication easy and we were very grateful to be able to drop our luggage at the house prior to check in as we arrived at Lake Atitlan early in the day. Stay here, you won't regret it!

This is a great place for remote workers looking for a peaceful, serene retreat with multiple areas to work from (love the hammocks_ and great Wifi. My husband and I worked remotely here for a week and had an incredible time! The views from the deck are beautiful, and sunsets are gorgeous. I was so appreciate about how flexible and accommodating the staff was, they held our bags for us after checkout and offered a place for us to work from as we awaited to be picked up for the airport. They offer ordered lunches, massage services, chef services, and literally anything you could want. Note, there is no air conditioning but plenty of fans.

A house with ALL you need to enjoy the sea in peace and comfort. Spectacular ranch, Clean and comfortable house, modern and functional practical kitchen. Great location. We will definitely be back.

Michael and local keeper Lucas were very helpful and responsive and made our visit very welcoming and smooth. Mich's wealth of knowledge about the locality and region was quite helpful or us and made our visit so much better. This place lets you experience the local and rustic nature of a Guatemalan village, with being private at the same time. We stayed there for two days and had a peaceful and incredible stay. Just watching the late-noon showers or listening to the late-evening ambient sounds of a tropical environment from the balcony are so much of a joy. We also enjoyed going through all the great books on Mayan civilization too. I think this place does the job better than any eco-resort. It is very convenient to go town-hopping around the late from the local ferry dock. The village also has a very quaint restaurant called 'Tres Tonnedores' where the food was excellent and service quite humble. I would definitely stay here if and when I visit Lake Atitlan again.

A nice, large and private place. Our stay was very good with the staff very friendly and attentive, the place very clean and with enough parking for all guests. Recommended, definitely on the list of places to return.

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

What a beautiful home with a truly wonderful staff! We absolutely love staying here. Susy is an incredible cook, and Samuel, the groundskeeper, is always so attentive and kind. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms throughout the house make it perfect for our large group of 20. Staying with Eric and his team is always a pleasure. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our group of 6 stayed here 3 nights during our first trip to Guatemala. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks), natural beauty and accommodation. The highlight of the property is the beautiful landscaping and there are numerous locations to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and volcanoes. We walked on the road to San Marcos in 25 minutes or you can flag down a tuktuk. The public ferry dropped us off and picked us up directly at the home’s dock where the on-site caretaker Juan was waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The kitchen is ready for cooking and has spices. Best to get groceries in Panajachel before boarding the ferry if you want a one stop market. We loved our stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Really loved everything about the home. The people in charge were very kind and friendly and very attentive to all of our requests. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place! Perfect size for our large family. Check in and check out went smooth and we would definitely stay again. Danny was amazing with assisting us check in and anything we needed during our stay.

Everything was as advertised and Daniel went above and beyond with his staff in accommodating us, helping us cross the lake, and also having staff with cleaning up around the house as we were away sightseeing. You get everything you pay for and more. Highly recommend.

The house is spectacular, with wonderful views, Héctor and Gladys were super helpful and helpful at all times! Maria was always super communicative and the house was relentless at all times during our stay with all the amenities and amenities for me and my family. The place is a 100/10

The house is located in a very beautiful place, we really enjoyed the view and all the comforts of the house, it is very well equipped. We loved the sound system in the house. The host's attention was also excellent.

Everything was very nice, the rooms were excellent, just one observation, we had a bus with a high roof and the bus did not pass the entrance, they should raise it a little more, otherwise everything was very nice, the girl who received us recommended a restaurant with food delivery and it was very good

The house is fully equipped, everything you need for cooking, spacious rooms, a clean and large pool. Jorge is an excellent host, he was responding to my messages. You definitely have to walk to the beach. The house is highly recommended.

We spent a very pleasant weekend as a family, in a very nice, comfortable and clean house. They have a girl who helps with cleaning and cooking, who really helped us a lot. We hope to return soon!

The place was spotless and very clean, very safe too and in a good location if looking to be out of antique. Worth it for the amenities it has, the staff are very old and helpful and have free transport to the old town which made it much better! Highly recommended we loved it !

Great location , car ride away from the center but also walkable ! They also offer a shuttle to a from property. Parents used it a couple of times with no issues and reliable driver. Loved the space very quiet and friendly staff. Pool was great to cool off after a long day. Location of the apartment was at the furthest end of the community with 2 steep hills ; or bridge crossing with steps to go up and we got a little worried since my mother is elder BUT staff really was great . They offered her a golf cart ride up to the property when she had trouble walking. So that really left a great impression on the property !
