Beachfront holiday rental in Guatemala

Perfect for my family, we were comfortable, relaxed, whenever we needed something they supported us immediately and they were all very friendly and attentive, I loved the cleanliness of the bedding and how close to the sea, also that I could take the 2 mats to the beach, they served me a lot, I loved them. The recommendations of restaurants and activities nearby served me a lot, we definitely want to come back soon!!!

Everything is very nice, they respect the privacy of the guest, everything tidy and if we would like to come back soon.....

This is the second time we have all the family and we love the house, because of what it offers and how well located it is. Kids love the pool as it has a space for kids. Surely we will be back for the next vacation or sooner.

Lucrecia was very wellcoming and helpfull. She responded promptly to our questions and made our stay in Chulamar incredibly pleasant. The appartment is very spacious and private. The pool was very clean and the beach in front of the ressort was very clean as well. The walkway to the beach and the decks in front of the ocean were nice ammenities. Aracelly, the receptionist, went out of her way to get what we were in need of.

Place was exactly how the pictures looked. clean, beautiful and Maria was very very accommodating! would highly recommend as it was a comfy and fun stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! This is truly one of my favorite Airbnbs I have been to. The location couldn’t have been better—the house is located on the sand and within easy walking distance to the rest of town. If you’re looking for luxury and high-end amenities, this might not be your place, but if your goal is to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beach in a laid-back spot, it’s perfect. The pool is small but great for lounging with a book, and we appreciated that someone came by to check the chemical levels during our stay. The hammocks and string lights in the yard added such a cozy, peaceful vibe. It was the best spot to unwind and listen to the waves. Olga was a fantastic host and a great communicator. She made everything super easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to small families, a group of friends, or really anyone looking for a chill, beachy getaway. We already want to come back!

We had a very nice stay! The villa is definitely very beautiful and cozy, in the center of everything walking for lunch, drinks, etc. Karina a very sweet and special person who will make you feel at home. We really liked the access and how private it is, the pool is a must! We will be back!

Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. Juan Humberto was always looking out for us and making us feel at ease. Gloria also provided us with wonderful assistance and made it possible to enjoy our vacation even more. This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Simply amazing! This beachfront house in Puerto San Jose exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our large group: 3 bedrooms, 7 beds and 4 bathrooms, ideal for carefree enjoyment! The pool was a dream and having the beach just a few steps away made every moment magical. Andres, the host, was super friendly and attentive, and the guardians of the place were always attentive to us, helping us at all times. In addition, they left us charcoal for the grill and firewood for the fire, which made our stay even more special. We felt right in paradise! We definitely want to come back. 100% recommended!

Highly recommend staying here when you come to the lake! The views were incredible and the convenience was perfect - able to arrive by car, & can walk into town in 12 minutes. Daniel was a great host and made the stay SO easy. Irma and her family made great meals and kept the place super clean. We loved it!
