Beach house holiday rentals in Guatemala

Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

An excellent place to disconnect and super centrally located

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! If you see this review, 10/10 this place for your vacation in Monterrico 👍🏻

This is the second time we have all the family and we love the house, because of what it offers and how well located it is. Kids love the pool as it has a space for kids. Surely we will be back for the next vacation or sooner.

Staying here absolutely felt like paradise. The garden was beautiful and the views were amazing. The houses were very charming and decorated in a traditional style. Irma was the sweetest. She made breakfast everyday and cleaned up all the houses. She also helped us arrange tuk tuks and boat tours by her husband Boris. We will never forget this experience. It was absolutely heaven on earth.

The home was amazing with a beautiful pool and amazing green garden. The guard was kind and helpful.

Located in Monterrico, 3hrs from the city and 1 hr from Puerto Quetzal. My church congregation stayed here for 1 night, and everyone was highly satisfied with their experience. Spacious, offering enough rooms to comfortably accommodate 21 people, including kids. It's also very private, featuring 2 swimming pools, with the main pool being large enough for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, it includes a BBQ area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to have a private gathering or a family getaway in a relaxed and accommodating setting. Also features an outdoor dining area, which we used for our Sunday worship. Olga, a lady who lives in a separate house within the compound, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. When we forgot to bring charcoal for the BBQ, she promptly sent her son to purchase it at a reasonable cost ensuring our convenience. Overall, this place is highly convenient, and I would definitely return for another stay with a large group. Highly recommended.

An unforgettable experience from the beginning of the reservation. The host kicks off that experience with his friendliness and attention. The place is very beautiful, the conditions in which it is located are excellent and recommended is truly easy after such a comfortable, private and safe stay. The adult pool, children's pool, and jacuzzi make the place an environment for all groups wishing to travel and unwind. I am definitely hoping to return soon.

The house is very well located, it is safe, clean, well cared for, tidy and is described exactly as the host publishes. Communication with Manuel was simple and with a very prompt response. He was always on the lookout and was very friendly. It is a place that we will definitely visit again as a family and that I recommend for other people who are looking for a place that is worth it for what is paid for.

The place is just as seen in photos, we loved it! Regarding cleanliness, impeccable. Bruno is super good host and the cleaning and maintenance people were very kind to offer support in anything else we needed.

Excellent place, very good location, simple but very clean and with the necessity

It was an excellent stay at Jessica's house that from the day of the reservation we maintained a great communication and was always attentive to everything. The house is just as seen in the very nice and comfortable photographs. Highlighting the incredible work done by Lupita and her son that without a doubt would not have been the same for our stay. Apart from being excellent people they are very good for cleanliness and especially the kitchen, we will definitely be booking this place again at some point

Very nice beach house. Everything written and described in AirBnB is true Everything is as it says. Don Walter, (the guardian) doña Paty (The lady who cleans the house and who cooks for an additional fee) and Mizxi, (the daughter of Doña Paty) cook for a daily fee, they are very friendly and respectful. Mizxi, excellent cook. Everything that made us eat was very tasty. my family and I will book this house again when we come back to visit Guatemala. 100%+ recommended beach house.

A great place to stay! We will be back!

We had a family and friends get together. We loved the spacious social areas, specially the ranch and big pool. The hammocks area is very nice to rest or even take a nap with the sound & ocean breeze on the back. It is really nice to be able to walk to the beach and also be able to observe the ocean from inside the swimming pool. Overall the house is very nice, spacious, the bedrooms also spacious with the convenience of private bathrooms on each bedroom. The only has an issue; with the various stray dogs entering the property at night and tipping the trash cans all over the area. As a result of this incident, my son sustained a cut on his foot from broken glass in the trash. We had to go get antibiotics, gauze and a cane to assist him, and seek medical care in the city. We would kindly recommend considering the installation of a fence or gate around the trash cans to prevent future occurrence like this, as it would ensure the safety & comfort future guests. The house was even better in person! Lots of space to hang out, cook and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed the partially covered pool and the hammocks overlooking the ocean. Being there felt safe and private.

I liked everything, the house was nice, tidy, clean and it was just as it looked in the photos. Juan was flexible in schedules and communicated quick. I would go back again.
