We had a fantastic weekend stay in Guarujá at this beautiful beachfront apartment overlooking Pitangueiras Beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spotless, stylishly furnished, and perfectly located. It's just steps away from great restaurants like Tahiti—which is a must-try! Kalanit & Juliana were exceptional hosts—super responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. They even met us at check-in to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Guarujá!

Wonderful space, identical to the photos, we lacked nothing. Clean place, with all the utensils we needed. The entire structure of the hotel corresponds to the descriptions, everything wonderful. There's nothing to complain about, we'll definitely be back. Alex always very attentive and quick to answer.

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants too. A single addendum to the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, as they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

Get ready to get out of this place wanting to live there. What a wonderful apartment. What an amazing view! Truly breathtaking and make anyone forget any problem and just feel, enjoy and enjoy. This apartment is one of the best Airbnb I've ever tried. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back.

The apartment is well located, equipped with the necessary, organized and clean. The owner was very helpful in passing on the information. It was a pleasant stay, as we were able to enjoy the beach of Pitangueiras and the amenities of the center of Guarujá.

My family and I had a great stay. We thank host Daniela for their attention and availability to assist us whenever necessary. We were received by Mr. Cláudio, which readily accommodated us, both were very courteous and helpful. The apartment is complete, cozy and ideal for resting. We enjoyed beautiful days of sunshine, which made everything even more special. We recommend for sure, not only for the excellent space, but also for the reception, which made all the difference.

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

I was very pleased with the hosting! The place is cozy, well taken care and exactly like in the pictures. I felt super comfortable during the entire stay. Communication with Ana was quick and attentive, which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend and host again. Thank you for the reception and for all the care! Second time staying at this same place! Best location of Guarujá for those who want tranquility, few people on the beach besides the space and the condominium pool are fantastic with a beautiful view! Flavio super solicito and quiet, I will still come back more often.

The experience was incredible! The apartment is spacious and super comfortable — perfect. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the view from the sunrise is breathtaking (yes, it was worth waking up early!). The building is safe, quiet and the staff have been super attentive at all times. We feel totally at home. Only negative point: having to return home kkk. 🥹

Felipe was extremely attentive to the guidelines and responded promptly. the apartment is amazing, very beautiful and comfortable. The sea view is something inexplicable, apart from the fact that the region is super safe with a lot of private security and policing. Another key point is that it has everything and you can do it on foot, beach, market, pharmacies, Burger King, Blue Fit gym, Geronimo restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants with good music on the waterfront. The rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel standard. The condominium has several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The staff are extremely polite and mw helped with everything I needed to use the leisure area and beach services. I made sure to give as much detail as possible because I've stayed in other places and regretted it because it didn't match the ad.

Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. The place is exactly like in the pictures. The whirlpool is very large and works very well, the sauna also worked very well. The place is very spacious and accommodates several people well. The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear and everything happened smoothly.

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment. The place is close to the beach and the condominium is quite safe with 24-hour security and many amenities.
