Il palazzo si affaccia su Corso Sirleto, la via principale di Guardavalle. Oltrepassando un maestoso portale, una volta si accedeva ai locali del piano terra, frantoio e magazzini, che oggi sono adibiti a bar e costituiscono l’entrata dal Corso. Sul piccolo cortile interno si staglia una scalinata in granito che porta all’appartamento situato al primo piano.
