We loved our stay at this charming farm! The beauty and tranquility of this place is beyond words. The houses on the farm are beautifully decorated and the host was super welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the chance to disconnect from daily life and simply enjoy nature. We visited the nearby villages and hiked to the top of the Serra da Estrela, which was an unforgettable experience. We spent our days exploring the vast lands and admiring the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In the evenings, we kicked back in the hammocks, enjoying the mountain breeze and the sound of birds chirping in the distance. The local cheese was a real treat, it was one of the tastiest cheeses I've ever had! All in all, our stay at this farm was an experience we will never forget. We returned home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this farm to anyone looking for a natural getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

Absolutely beautiful, stylish home. It was huge! It would be a wonderful place to come with a small group or for a family. We were just a couple but loved it just as much! The Jacuzzi tub was great and the beds were comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. Very good value for the space. Host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Rui's and we loved the house, better than in the photos! the house is very beautiful and lacks nothing, small welcome basket very nice,thank you very much! we were with our baby , they are prepared his little bed with blankets and a special towel for him, it's very friendly on your part very clean and very well furnished ☺️ house. it was a wonderful stay! we'll come back, that's for sure. Maria Emilia's house is a nook of peace and quiet. I spent two months in December and January and everything was great! The house is well equipped with everything necessary for an excellent family vacation stay! Maria is a super host. I highly recommend!

Such a beautiful little house. The setting is paradise. View out the front window is spectacular. The town is peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly. The house had everything we needed for a couple with a small dog. The owner left milk, delicious bread, butter and condiments as well as local jam and honey. The bed was large, lots of English TV stations if you like that, internet was fast. The highway to get there is a series of million dollar views. 3 minute drive from a small beach with a crystal clear stream to swim in that we had all to ourselves all week. Sitting out front drinking coffee is an orchestra of birds singing. Nights are silent, we slept like babies. The owner let us check in early and the manager was there to meet us and show us how everything worked. After that, total privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was top quality and modern. We will definitely be back.

everything was perfect. we were afraid following the reactions of the travellers concerning the bells and finally we did not pay much attention to them, even at night. The accommodation was very good for 2 or 3 if there is a young child. Very good restaurant in Tabuaço and the beautiful Douro Valley. Hikes from the village. We recommend.

Spacious & clean with a great view + pool

Peace by the water (at the end of the world) The accommodation was only found after a telephone inquiry, although there are only a few buildings in the village. This is VERY secluded, if you want to stay longer, you should shop well. There were only two cafes and one (closed) restaurant there. The nearest shop is about a 1/2 hour drive away. However, it would also be possible to arrive by train. However, it is fantastically beautiful, right on the river, and the traffic of ships, trains and cars can almost be counted. I particularly liked the surroundings with the many flowers, the access to the water and the many seating and lounging options outdoors, both in the shade and in the sun. If you want to take a boat trip, you don't have to leave, the host also does such. You can also rent boats from him, and he gave us tips for fishing. The accommodation is worth its price, is well equipped and there is also parking in the shade. Thank you all

Our stay was perfect. Teresa and Jorge are wonderful hosts, who have pampered us throughout our stay. They are always available and looking to satisfy any wishes or needs we may have. The house is really unique and special, full of history and beautiful decoration, antiques and exquisite details. Children and adults have been so comfortable with the pool, the weather, the barbecue, the outdoor furniture,... that we have enjoyed the house more than the obligatory tourist visits to the city and the area. 100% Recommended
