Everything IS PERFECT. The hospitality of Jorge and his wife is unmatched. The house is amazing, impeccable cleanliness, excellent location, comfortable bed, very nice shower, everything wonderful. Undoubtedly one of the best Airbnb rental experiences: the house integrates perfectly with the landscape of the area, in an environment perfect for the climate of Campos and the fantastic look of the skyline. Unbeatable location, just minutes from Capivari's hustle, without losing the privacy and quiet of a condo. Lúcio always available and attentive in the contacts for the stay. D. Arnola very kind at the reception. Bom-gosto literário reveals a lot of the owners: great books were available in various parts of the house. Also highlight to Rosa's talent in the kitchen, it's worth hiring her. With expectations exceeded, we had a special weekend with the family. We can only thank Lúcio, D. Arnola and Rosa!

The house is very good, very pleasant atmosphere! It was very well organized and impeccably clean. The bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The hostess Dani and her daughter Carol welcomed us with great politeness and care. They were careful to turn on the heaters to make the rooms warm. They prepared breakfast and always left the house clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and easy access to the centre. On arrival we had a little difficulty finding the house, because the GPS did not take us to the exact location, but then Dani's husband explained a much easier way. Check-in was flexible! Only one negative point, on the day of check-in the housekeeper is not available to prepare meals and we had a small issue with additional guests, even though the house accommodated them well, an additional high fee was charged. And the communication about it was slow, I had to keep pushing and insisting. In the end, everything was taken care of.

Apartment just like the listing, very tidy, clean, quite complete. We can check in early. We were very well attended by Henrique, at all times answering our questions. We'll be back!!!

Beautiful location! Spacious and well-divided apartment on 2 floors. Balconies with a pleasant view and a cozy fireplace. We love it, we'll be back another time. It's 15 minutes from Capivari, but there's no traffic, it's quiet.

Great apartment, with a wonderful view (one of the best in the whole hotel), to watch "from a cabin" at dusk. It corresponds exactly to the photos. 2 balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Heating in the living room and bedroom, including the mattress, great mattress, very comfortable, also very good bathroom, very comfortable.

Inn as described in the listing, it is a little far from the center, but for those who want to take a walk you can walk. We were well received and the staff was always available, apart from the very fresh and delicious breakfast.
