It is the second time that we have stayed in this house, we like it so much, the house is very beautiful and well equipped, being inside a gated community is a point in favor, for safety and tranquility, and even so it is very close to everything that is necessary. the Narciso responds to the messages super fast and is very quiet.

We had great lodging and good communication with Cristiane. The place is very quiet. And even with the rains, the house has a good and covered area and we did the barbecue quietly. Super recommend it!

The house is well cared for and well equipped and the place is very nice. The access to the dam is not one of the best, it is only stone around and there is no ladder to go down the water, there is no pier or beach to leave a boat if light and the ramp to descend the vessel is difficult even for a 4x4. The recommendation is not to take a boat so as not to have perrengue. The dirt path is not the most friendly for very low cars, high cars and pickup trucks will have no problem at all.

The stay was excellent! The place is very cozy, well decorated and with all the necessary items for a comfortable and quiet experience. João was a super attentive and helpful host from the start, always available to answer questions and help with whatever it took — it made all the difference! The location is good, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for those looking for quiet. Although it is a little distant from the center, with planning it is totally feasible to get around. I highly recommend for those who want to rest in comfort and be welcomed. I would definitely host again!
