My apartment is very close to 4 main beaches, you have Playa Santa beach, La Jungla (Jungle Beach), Manglillito and Mojon Tranquilo beach. These beaches provide gorgeous snorkeling areas with abundant marine life. Also there is a dive shop a brief walking distance. The local dinning scene is excellent. It's only 15 mins away from Guilligan's Island port. You can wonder off and go hiking and bird watching in Guanica's Dry Forest which is a natural reserve.

The exterior of the property is presented with a well-maintained driveway leading to a covered patio. Blue and gray walls are complemented by nautical-themed decor, and a peaceful ambiance is enhanced by surrounding lush greenery. A satellite dish is mounted on the roof for connectivity.
