In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

My little corner in Copa!

Only 200m from Copacabana beach, you can enjoy a recently renovated private bedroom and bathroom. The room is tiny, but has everthing you need for your stay. The building is safe, having 24h reception. Really well located, you are walking distance to Arpoador and Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon. Subway, Cantagalo station, is 300m far. There are supermarkets and phamacies around the corner, as well as restaurants and bars for those who like to go out for a beer or eat some traditional food.

Completely independent Guest Suite. House located on a street leading to a gated community, with no exit, monitored by cameras, highly residential, quiet and safe. Our En-Suite is super cozy and unassailable. Facilities include a bedroom, bathroom and support pantry equipped to prepare breakfast and small meals. For those who appreciate a good wine, there are wine glasses, cheese boards and knives, and a Fondue pot to savor around the fireplace installed in the room.

The space is an annex to my apartment, with an independent entrance through the garage access door. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our loft was carefully planned to provide a unique experience of tranquility in nature. With a spectacular view of the Itaipava mountains and the Maria Comprida rock in Araras. The site is surrounded by nature and with a little luck you can find monkeys, coatis, toucans, jacus and woodpeckers. Located in a gated community with total security.

Cosy house by Corcovado, next to Lagoa, Botanical Garden and also Copacabana, Ipanema and Downtown. You will enjoy the charming decoration of my house at a quiet place in the center of South Zone. The place is the penthouse (inside my house) and the space has no walls, it is a loft. See the pictures in order to understand. The view is amazing, to the corcovado's Mountain.
