One is especially spacious, with large pivoting glass doors that open directly onto the backyard, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor spaces and filling the room with natural light and greenery. The second suite includes air conditioning for added comfort. The open-concept living room and well-equipped kitchen create a warm, inviting space for gathering, while the barbecue area is perfect for relaxed meals and memorable evenings together. 🧘 Step outside onto the wooden deck or into the spacious garden to enjoy morning coffee surrounded by birdsong, meditate beneath the trees, relax in the shade throughout the day, or even pick fresh fruit straight from the trees when they're in season. 🌊🌴 This is a place to slow down, to wake up to birds singing, breathe the fresh ocean air, hear the waves in the distance, and experience the rare harmony between rainforest and sea. 🏄 Want to experience Grumari like a local? Experience two worlds in one! The house is located within the largest urban rainforest in the world, with a lot of peace and a breathtaking view of the sea at Leblon. On the other hand, you will be 2 km from the asphalt and a 20-minute drive from Leblon beach. Do you want peace and nature? Stay at home. Do you want to venture out on trails and waterfalls? Explore the area. Do you want the beach, excitement and people? Get your car and drive for a few minutes. Ideally, you should have a car to access the property. I can refer drivers.

The access to the suite is independent. The Suite is two steps from the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoa bike path, 5 minutes walk from the Botanical Gardens, 10 min drive to Copacabana, Leblon and Ipanema beach.
