Excellent accommodation. For me the most important is the bed of the place and shower and in the apartment of Cláudia are excellent. Quiet Ap, very clean and private. The condominium is very good to rest and tb to work. Internet worked very well. The ap is close to the beach and tb of the Rio Sul shopping mall I love. we'll be back soon.

Communication with Cátia was great. I responded quickly. The apt is exactly like the photos, the location is great! Good quality bedding and towels. Kitchen utensils all very well thought out. The view is sensational.

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

Frequento Saquarema in Itauna for 40 years and I can say with certainty that Andrea's house is one of the best we have ever stayed there! Built with first finish, it has complete utensils and high quality. It looks like a 5-star hotel!!! All bedrooms have air conditioning and planned furniture. Feature to the swimming pool practically inside the house! Andrea is kind and helpful , our communication was agile and effective!! We're leaving but already planning our return for ASAP!!!!

A WONDERFUL SUPER A UNIQUE WELCOME I WAS SURPRISED UPON ARRIVAL WITH A BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST TABLE FULL OF PAMPERING ,MY FAMILY WAS VERY WELL ACCOMMODATED . THE INDICATION OF MAURA TO TAKE CARE OF OUR FOOD WAS GOLDEN KEY TO MAKE ME THE MOST CALM MY SON ALREADY ASKING TO HIRE. EVERY DAY SHE MADE CONTACT OVER THE PHONE ASKING IF SHE NEEDS SOMETHING VERY CONSIDERATE. AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HOLD EVENTS THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH TABLES FOR GUEST TOWELS OF TABLEWARE FOR THE KITCHEN JUST GO AND FALL IN THE DIVING ROOM!!!!!

These days when we enjoyed Renata and Maurício's house were moments of leisure and rest that exceeded our expectations! The house is even better than the photos and the view, ah, a detail part of so perfect! Swimming pool, courts, barbecue, everything an exquisite! The house is very nice, simple but with everything in place. What stands out is Dominique's communication and kindness, the hostess.

Check-in, and out, flexible and easy. The breakfast option at the reception of the venue, paid separately but a good option, organized and clean place, very close to the H gate of RioCentro Eventos, Host very cordial, helpful and fast!.

Hosts maintained communication throughout the journey until check-in, which was very flexible, easy as well as the location and instructions. Super nice place, organized, we will definitely come back more often!

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1-week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I noticed their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
