Cuando voy a Cuenca es mi lugar preferido a ir. Hermoso lugar para ir con familia o amigos. Y la comunicación con Claudia es constante y de mucha ayuda.

Lugar tranquilo y con una hermosa vista para quedarse, cerca a restaurantes y lugares turísticos.

Lugar precioso, para una estancia tranquila y acogedora. Anfitriones amables y muy atentos a que nuestra estadía sea confortables. Lugar limpio, seguro, y puedes encontrar los insumos necesarios para cocina y limpieza. Recomiendo mucho este lugar; habitaciones, baños limpios. Con todas las comodidades, y organizados.

The owner of the airbnb Nolberto and Mariana are very nice people, they took care of everything and cared about every details which was a great relief for the guests. During my 2 monthes stay there we realy got along very well like friends. The house itself is well located and the nabourhood is cozy. The room is well decorated ,equipped and impecable clean. We'll definitely come back in future tour.

We really enjoy staying here. The communication is great with the host and hostess.

Great place to get a taste of what life in the campo is like in Ecuador. San Miguel is very tranquil and the townspeople are nice. The house is a modernized older adobe home. New kitchen and bath, which are great. Bedrooms, living room have a nice, old feel. Because it's an old home, the rooms are not connected, so that was something of a surprise for us, e.g., you go outside to go from room to room.

I stayed here with a group of seven people and we had plenty of space and privacy! it was such a beautiful home and had just the right amount of amenities. A full kitchen, laundry machines (both washer and dryer), three full bathrooms and four private rooms with three full beds and three twin beds. There's also a full dining room table that seats 6 people, a huge living room, and a TV room. The patio was also lovely and had beautiful plants and a vine covered pagoda. We would definitely stay here again and suggest to put friends!

El alojamiento de Patricia es todo lo que utilizamos Air Bnb buscamos , departamento moderno , bien equipado, limpio , impecable , organizado , ubicado equidistantemente a muchos puntos de interés , la anfitriona muy amable , nos recibió con detalles que hacen la diferencia, nos sentimos como en casa y muy agusto y espero que regresar pronto 😊 , muchas gracias Patricia !

I gave all five stars because of the host, Tania. A critical guest might have dinged a star, here and there; but to me, it is the experience that matters. I got to experience Ecuadorian hospitality and friendliness. That is why I have retired to Ecuador, permanently. I have moved to another place but Tania is going to come by and pick me up tomorrow to help me get a bus pass, since she speaks Spanish and knows the system and I don't. That makes me feel happy and welcome in Ecuador. Despite us only being able to communicate with translation apps.

Un lugar cómodo y de acuerdo a lo mostrado. La hospitalidad de Mario hizo agradable la estadía. Recomendado.

La casa es hermosa, amplia con cuatro salas, las habitaciones son amplias. Me encantó mucho la casa, es ideal para familias grandes.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos's airbnb during our 2 weeks in Cuenca. The apartment felt very safe, with a beautiful gated courtyard, which was great since we were traveling with our 3 small children. The location was extremely convenient, located very close to the park with playgrounds and more, restaurants, shops etc. The condo neighbors were all very friendly, the interior was very comfortable and we truly felt it was a great value. We will be back!

We were in Cuenca to Celerate the life of our Dora. This Airbnb made the difficult time more peaceful and comfortable. We will be back.
