Within the nature of the South Zone of Porto Alegre, very spacious and cozy, a century-old house. Sun and abundant lighting coming through the large glass doors and windows. An annex to the main house with an independent, safe, rustic entrance like many old houses in the neighborhood. It offers hot and cold air conditioning only in the dormitory. In the living room, there is a wood-burning stove to help with the cold. The kitchen is basic but great for quick meals. A great bath with gas water heating.

I live in the back house alone without pets or children, and if I am at home I am discreet and without interaction if you wish, but if you want to chat I can give you tips about the place. I have lived here in the neighborhood for 50 years, I know everything about it.
