Great location, with lots of shops nearby and a wonderful square in front. It met our needs very well and we highly recommend the space. For those who have pets it is wonderful, as it has a space in the front that is very well enclosed so that the pets can have fun and you can sit in the shade of the tree, which is delightful.

Sônia responds fast and is super discreet and quiet. We arrived late, after dinner, around 10pm, but she was helpful in receiving and handing over the keys. The place is like the photos, simple but clean and comfortable. The location is central and the surroundings are safe, it is a quiet street. It has a garage to store the car if necessary. I recommend for fast tickets to Porto Alegre.
