My wife and I had a great stay. The house is simple but well organized and clean. Thiago was very helpful and solved a small maintenance problem quickly, so we were very satisfied. We intend to come back more often!

Our stay was amazing at Fernando's house! Ronilton was super polite and helpful, helped us at late check-in, and with flexible checkout. The house is amazing outside Brazilian standards what makes you feel elsewhere! Very comfortable , wide, airy and everything clean and organized. Very beautiful decor! Every family loved! It's just minutes from the beach that's super quiet and beautiful too! It has a channeled spout of fresh water that makes all the difference to those who like a sea bath and then take the salt out of the body. Or even cool off!! I will definitely remit this accommodation and would definitely come back in a next touch visit.

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super pleasant and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Leo, thank you in advance for your kindness in offering such a pleasant space. Besides the house being great, it's beautiful! The location is very good, very close to shops and the beach. The mattresses are new, firm and comfortable. New refrigerator, everything is extremely cold!! Very good shower, excellent air conditioning. We had a stay exactly as we were looking for: peace and tranquility. We had this, even with the rain, we found the peace we needed. On the last day we were able to go to the beach, enjoy the sun that decided to appear. But we only achieved this with Leo's kindness and flexible check-out. Thank you so much for everything!!! The Ramon chalet is a delight, the bed super comfortable, a super-equipped kitchen, in addition to being 300 mts from the beach, just go down the street. The house is clear but does not disturb the sleep, and although it is close to the highway, it does not compare to the noise of SP. The water pressure is not high, but it doesn't get in the way. Very good beach chairs, a sun umbrella,and even cooler (important because the beach does not have much service). The air conditioning works well, which was essential for the hot days we caught. And on TV there are many streams available. the only point of attention is not to make towels available, as it was advertised. I recommend it!

Otima option for those who want to have a house with excellent structure and VIP service by the host! The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes and appliances, the house is all wonderful and delighted everyone. Literally the house is surrounded by forest and the river side. If you like peace, it's the right place!! The only point is that it's not so close to the condo entrance and for those who want to walk to the beach, the walk is long! As we are in low season we had no trouble finding a spot on the street. It was a great choice and our weekend was excellent.

We spent amazing days at Liliane's place! The location is great — within a safe condo and close to the beach, which made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well-distributed, well-equipped and with everything quality, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Liliane was a great host…super friendly, quick in the answers and very organized, always kept us well informed before and during the stay. We are very welcome and we certainly recommend the experience!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, a beautiful, impeccable house, an infinity pool, the house is very nice and private, for those who have pets it is all fenced in the yard, Veronica answered me very well by phone, a flexible person, gave me a small discount, was flexible at Check-in and check-out, of all the houses we stayed in Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had, the house is mega complete, with many utensils, in short, I would spend hours writing how good this experience was! Something surreal! Thank you for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to stay at your home Veronica, we'll be back!!!

Excellent house, four very good suites, house foot in the sand. The house exceeded our expectations, better than it appeared in the photos. Rodrigo and Tati always very helpful and willing to help.

Excellent couple! Very organized and clean. Pleasant space full of stories and personality. The housekeeper Lu was very helpful and polite. Bed and bath linen smelly and well-maintained. Dishes and utensils organised and in sufficient numbers. We will certainly return on another occasion. Everyone loved it and the beach is wonderful! If you want to combine peace of mind with a good home is the right choice! Thank you for your care and kindness!

Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

We went as two couples and our dogs. We arrived at the location very easily with the directions provided. The house is delightful and the fence was enough to keep our pets from running away! We love and highly recommend.

The house is extremely well located by the beach. The beach is very quiet and the sea is calm. The accommodation provides what is necessary for cooking.

I took my mum to celebrate Mother's Day late and it couldn't have been better! Franciele and Rafael were very attentive and welcomed us very well. They wrote a note and left us cheese bread, as well as helping us with our bags and parking the car. The house was beautiful, as were its surroundings. The kitchen was full of appliances and the rooms had cozy beds and comfortable bathrobes. The surrounding nature is beautiful and you can hear the waves of the sea and the various animals that live there. We went on a weekend that was colder and yet it was very worthwhile, like a trip to a house in the mountains. The description is correct about the stairs, there are several until you reach the house, but it was not something that bothered us. I highly recommend it to everyone, our only regret was staying only one weekend!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to have a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot.
