The house is located in a gated community 100 meters from the sea. From the house, if you go out through the balcony area and walk through the garden, you can see the sea! We only accept one small pet. It is prohibited for the pet to walk on a lead or with its owner on the condominium lawn, and doing so is subject to a fine! The block has a clean, tree-lined garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you can see the lawn and hear the birds singing, and you can also hear the sound of the sea!

Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house was built with great affection and care, and we will be very happy to provide you with an excellent stay!

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
