The house has 2 floors where you can see the beautiful Zacatecan sky when you go up to the 2nd level. It does not have its own parking lot, but you can park on the street, which is very safe.

The apartment is located on Telégrafos Street in the heart of Guadalupe, 20 meters from the military zone. The location is unbeatable, 100 meters from the main road connecting with downtown Zacatecas, exit to Aguascalientes 100 meters away. Soriana, Aurrerá, and all kinds of businesses (clothing, food, shoe stores, hardware store, Oxxo, furniture store, etc.) are 3 to 5 minutes away. The downtown area where it is located is very quiet, little vehicular traffic and much less pedestrian traffic.
