In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
