Chalet holiday rentals in Gruyère District

This is the fourth time we've been there. We are three or four families with children, and each time we find the place spot spotless. Each time, we have all the comforts we need, both for our children and for ourselves. Communication with the host is always great. Can't wait to go back for a fifth time! We would recommend it to anyone.

Nice location for getaways. Cable car (telecabine) is in close proximity. Easy ride up to the mountains. In overall Gruyeres has a lot of activities. So, if you are looking for active recreation there are places to visit - skiing in Moleson, Gruyeres Château, Museums (Tibet, Giger, Cailler Chocolate House), Thermal Baths in Charmey, authentic fondeau in Château d'Oex etc. Chalet has great location for all the activities. For Chalet itself - it is fitted with everything needed, comfortable enough and offers nice view on the village below and the mountains. Access is also easy thanks to given instructions. We appreciated a fireplace in chalet during cold evenings, thanks to host for providing a stock of firewood.

The chalet is well located, in a peaceful area, not far from services and ski resorts. The chalet is big, nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a great time. Thanks Nicolas!

We had an amazing time in this lovely romantic secluded chalet. Nadine was very quick responding and a lovely host. We had complete privacy throughout our stay, the only neighbours are some cows in the fields. If you are looking for a quiet private getaway this chalet is perfect. Lovely hikes up the mountain right behind the chalet and 15min walk down to the village of Rougemont

We spent two days in chalet Aurora in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Markus and Manja were so kind to make a reservation at a late moment. Our stay was very convenient. Everything was prepared as expected. Short but very pleasant time. Thank you! Miro

We had a a dream holiday staying at Bruno’s incredible house.

The 5 day stay at Jonas‘ house was absolutely suitable for our family. The children (9,7,7,) enjoyed playing in the treehouse, the Playmobil and the many books! We parents were grateful for the quiet location, the nearby village shop and the good amenities of the kitchen. We all have from the existing games, the family-friendly ski resort and the nearby Schwarzsee (beautiful circular hike incl. Witch path in summer). Glad to come back!

“We had a very enjoyable stay! The equipment was excellent, especially with the extra children's toys – a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The location is top, only minutes away from the ski lift – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The host was very quick to communicate, and check-in and check-out went completely smoothly. A small suggestion for improvement would be the lighting, which was a bit scarce in some places. Overall, however, a clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!”

We had plenty of space for 6 people and the home had all the basics to spend 3 nights. It was a nice and quiet area with a great view.

Charlotte’s chalet was a perfect place to stay for a summer week in the mountains. Plenty of space for the kids to explore outside and the appartment itself was fantastic. Super cozy, very comfortable beds, well appointed and great use of the space. It’s an ideal place for a family or two couples. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Cesare's place was exactly as advertised. Great location, a short walk from Gstaad's train station and town center. Both Cesare and the property manager, Francesco, were very communicative and their instructions were clear. Francesco also had helpful recommendations for skiing and equipment rentals. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful chalet, very conveniently located near Rougemont train station. This was very important for us. We used public transport. We had the entire chalet to us and kids loved it! And above all Didi is great and very helpful!
