From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

The home is modern with Sonos in all living rooms and bathrooms, 65" UHD TV in the living room, surround sound system, Apple TV, Blue Ray, etc. Fresh bathrooms, shower and bathtub. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gaming room! Roof terrace of 35 sqm with large gas grill. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

A very light, modern and spacious house, conveniently located near public transportation to easily get downtown or take a short 15 minute walk to Grünerløkka. Fire up the grill or have dinner on the roof balcony while enjoying the view of Oslo. A master bedroom and bath, two identical rooms with double beds and shared bathroom, and a single bed in the office space, there is plenty of place to sleep depending on your situation. A beautiful, centrally located gem

Quiet, yet central residence with heating in all floors, as well as all amenities. Ideal for families/friends. Only 8 min. walk to Holtet center with shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport to the city center. On the property there is a small family kindergarten. If you are uncomfortable with children's noises, this is not a place for you. If parts of the group choose to stay in the loft, they must put on the sheets and bed linen themselves.
