You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. The location offers a great starting point for excursions.

Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Charming attic on the fifth floor of an elegant building in the city center, in a street away from traffic but a stone's throw from Borgo Teresiano and Viale XX Settembre (an area full of shops and clubs of all kinds), furnished in mini details and equipped with every comfort. A few meters away are the bus stops connecting to the Central Station, the University, the Lungomare di Barcola, the Miramare Castle and Piazza dell'Unità, the latter within walking distance in about 22 minutes.

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
