Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden with barbecue. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop Locale supermarket +ATM two doors away. Coastal rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the countryside too.

Beautiful 1 double bedroom beach cottage sea views

My Parents and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The cottage is located near the beach and it was lovely to see the sea when you wake , we also enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and taking a stroll along the beach in the evening. All the furniture and fixtures are high end …lovely Sheridan linen on the very comfy beds . The kitchen is fully functional and it was nice to be able to cook a meal. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm , so even in winter it would be nice and cosy to stay there. Parking was great ! Just outside , with my elderly parents this was a plus . Irene was a great host , she was always quick to respond to any questions or requests and was genuinely wanting her guests to have a enjoyable time at her property. Thank you again Irene

What wonderful hosts, from start to finish warm, friendly people who engaged me with their knowledge of the island offering suggestions for dining options and places to wander round , the accommodation was one of the best I have stayed in, own bathroom was excellent too, bed was really comfortable after a day’s walking, tourist information contained in the bedroom was quite beneficial to me, all this and only stones throw from the beach, the whole family were very friendly which made the holiday mood special, the breakfast table in the morning was enough to keep my spirits going for many hours, transport was close by too, plenty of local buses, into St Helier and beyond, I would certainly recommend Kelly and Simon Airbnb to anyone that wants a really good base to visit the island

Kydd & Kat are super kind, friendly, fun to chat to & world-travelled themselves! The whole island is lovely, but recommend Grouville. It’s only 20 mins nice walk (or 2 minutes on the bus) to Gorey Castle with truly spectacular views. Grouville and Gorey merge into one another. There’s also a good loop walk through the Royal Grouville Golf Club to the seafront and around to The Pembroke pub with amazing food. The house is huge & easy to find. Get off at Grouville Station bus stop (it’s marked by a small memorial obelisk on one side and colourful bus shelter by the golf course on the other. Then walk towards Gorey just 100m to the Grouville Coop. The house is opposite it. There’s also a late night Morrisons & fuel station 20 metres from that junction. Big ensuite suite - private, peaceful & homely with all you need: tourist books/pamphlets, mini kitchenette with pots, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, biccies, teas/coffees, shower gel, hair dryer, hot water bottle, iron & board.

We had the warmest of welcomes to start off our stay. Fi gave us come recommendations for some local restaurants including an amazing farm shop for breakfast (5 minute walk). The room was very large and squeaky clean. Lots of maps and recommendations for activities. The location was perfect. 10 minute drive from St Helier, 15 minute walk to the local beach. Would highly recommend the stay! Thank you 🙏
