This unique home is decorated in a rustic style with a large patio and courtyard overlooking Motovun and the valley, as well as an indoor fireplace. Two beautiful bedrooms with a view and two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, free wifi , a smart tv with a satellite dishwasher of two air conditioners, an outdoor grill and a fire pit. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like breakfast basket and local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The car parking space is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

Lovely appartement, it's very spacious and with a great view from the dining room and rooms. The apartment is very well decorated and clean. Pets will enjoy the beautifully landscaped front garden. We walked to the beach and city centre quickly. Martina is a super host, friendly and helpful. Apartment, location and host top! Highly recommended!

Ana’s place is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Ana was so helpful and kind, especially when our flight was delayed and the taxi I had pre booked left us stranded. And was always prompt to reply with answers to any questions.
