The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant surroundings. With lively nightlife just steps away, you’re always close to the action. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing vacation stay.

Price / quality was good. Not the most charming area of the city imho.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

Orbi block D2 is the most spacious and modern. You come in, and you already like the beginning of the check-in. Since the trip was not only for rest, but also for work, it was important for me to have a work surface. There are two additional tables for such purposes - this is a big plus. You can comfortably work on your laptop. Only in these apartments from Orbi I saw a large coffee maker, if you are with a company, you can brew at once - it saves time! Clean,cozy,quiet. Especially I want to say thank you for the care for the guests - in the bedroom there is an extra closet for things and suitcases. There is also the option to turn on a calm lighting mode near the bed - there is LED lighting, which makes the room ultra-modern, you can relax your eyes. There is always water and tea, which you don't need to think about in the first hours of your stay. I recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Everything was great. Especially the view from the window. The only problem was the queues for the elevator. I think there will be even more people in the season

If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

We recently stayed at this house for our vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Zaza was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the booking process and our stay smooth and enjoyable. However, one important thing to note is the proximity to a railway. When we inquired about it, we were informed it was a dead end, but it turned out to be a main road with significant traffic. This led to some unexpected noise, especially at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers or families traveling with young children. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted stay. Thank you, Zaza, for your hospitality!

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.
