Bline Family Farm Cottage

Enjoy your stay in our tiny home with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & laundry. Look out off the front porch at our peaceful sweeping front acreage, including our winding driveway and 10 acres of hay fields. 2 adults (and 1-2 children that can sleep on a floor mattresss) can fit snuggly into our mini cottage. We hope you enjoy dogs, we breed them & have many running around (Lando, our massive Anatolian Shepherd, is likely to greet you with a few warning barks, but he is the sweetest boy.)

Naut Tonight at The Holler

Nautical themed space for up to 4 near fabulous Dale Hollow. Beautiful outdoor covered area to enjoy the sunrise. Only 3 miles to the lake. There is plenty of space to park a boat or add boat slip rental at Sulphur Creek. Keurig in 2nd bedroom to not disturb others. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a long day. Cook on the grill or out over the fire pit. As half of a duplex, you could rent out the other half, Wine Knot, for larger groups. 10 mi south of Burkesville, KY, 13 mi north of Celina, TN.

The Crossing

The newly renovated two bedroom farmhouse is located less than 2 miles from the city limits of Tompkinsville, KY and 3 miles from the Tompkinsville airport. Local attractions include the Old Mulkey Meeting House, restaurants, and a short drive to Dale Hollow Lake. The Crossing was built in the late 1890’s in the shape of a cross. The original house has stunning 9 foot ceilings and beautiful fireplaces in the four original rooms. Includes new appliances, Wi-Fi and outdoor space for dining.

Hidden Creek Schoolhouse

The Hidden Creek Schoolhouse is more than a stay; it's a chance to slow down. Lovingly restored from a 1919 schoolhouse, this one-of-a-kind retreat rests in a quiet hollow where time seems to move a little differently. Original wood floors, a seasonal creek, and evenings lit by fireflies create a setting made for long conversations, morning coffee, and doing wonderfully little. This family-friendly getaway was built beside the Cumberland River - to promote family time, relaxation and the perfect fisherman’s paradise. (We now have a 6 person hot tub as well! -Nov 2025) A few things to take note of- NO •Smoking •Vaping •Parties •Pets …on this property. There is unlimited WIFI - But no TV screens. We encourage focusing on the family and making memories that last a lifetime!

The Cozy Cabell Cottage

It’s time for an adventure at our vacation rental, Cabell Cottage. With Lake Cumberland only 5 minutes away via the Cabell landing....really your boat is 5 minutes from being in the water; the cottage can be your base for all things fun on the lake (swimming, boating, and fishing). Did I CATCH your interest with fishing. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

Crooked House

The Crooked House! Yes you read that right. This older house has been renovated from top to bottom but the floors have remained unlevel to give you the feeling of the old an original. (Actually my contractor didn't notice the uneven floors until it was too late to adjust, ha) The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a nice coffee bar, seating for 6 comfortably and 6 acres to be enjoyed. Come stay with us and enjoy our space.

Page's Legacy: Summertime Fun at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening.
