The Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located escape. Privacy, security and relaxation, at this unique peaceful family friendly Casita. Minutes away from UTSA, Six Flags, Sea World, major highways, restaurants, La Cantera Mall, The Shops at the RIM and nightlife. The Casita suite is separate from the main house, above a 3 car garage in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Out door seating area. Outdoor stairs are required to get to The Casita. Private gated entrance and outdoor parking.

Modern mini-split heat pump cools, heats. Wood-burning stove. Set on 7-acre ranch w/hill country views,horses. Quirk Alert! Bathroom is accessed outside front door 25 paces to back of cottage. Open shower with rain head and wand. Exposed rock walls, concrete floor. No chemicals used so critter sightings possible.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy.
