A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Penguins Nest Beach House - short walk to beach

This cozy classic 1950's beach cottage has been tastefully renovated, and has a nice deck overlooking the back garden. It has one bathroom, modern kitchen, polished timber floors, fridge, dishwasher, heater and microwave. It also has a washing machine, dryer and two TV's. The back garden has palm trees, a hammock for lazy afternoons, and a lovely deck for relaxing. The back gate takes you down a laneway, and onto the beach in just a few minutes.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Quiet residential area within minutes of St Georges Basin, Country Club and shopping centres. Short drive to beaches in Jervis Bay and the National Park. Lots of walking trails and activities. Most activities (stand up paddling, kayaking, surfing, bike riding, etc) are based at Huskisson which is a 10-15 minute drive away.
