Home away from home

Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

Steps From Downtown

Yes, you can walk to everything downtown. All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the museums, Lawrence University, the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh. You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Tons of original character, hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Driveway will comfortably park 5-6 cars.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Winter months, bring your snowmobile, trails nearby. Great ice fishing when lake is frozen and ice is safe.
