This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. The unit has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There is an also a laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are 2 smart TVs in the unit. One is located in the living room and the other is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom closet is huge. There is a balcony off of the living with a nice BBQ grill. The pool and hot tub are just steps behind the unit. It is everything you want in your home away from home!

There are four rooms at the lodge. Two on the south side, two on the north. Each has it's own entrance from the outside, own bathroom, microwave, and mini fridge. Common areas are living room, dining room, and kitchen. Some cook in the kitchen but most use the outside grills. Property has a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife.
